THE EXPERIENCE

From making
to leading.

I started as a one-person creative function and grew into leading graphic design and video production at RCA Factory, a healthcare communications agency later integrated into IQVIA.

Over nearly eight years, I helped develop the people, processes, tools and creative standards that allowed our studios to take on increasingly diverse and demanding projects.

Great creative work doesn't depend on talent alone. It needs the right environment to thrive.

01 / BUILDING FROM THE GROUND UP

From one creative
to two studios.

When I joined RCA Factory in 2018, I was its only graphic creative. I expanded from motion design into identity, digital, social and campaign development.

I built the graphic design studio from the ground up and later took responsibility for the existing video studio as well.

02 / LEADING PEOPLE

Raise the standard.
Grow the people.

I believe in high creative standards and hands-on mentoring. I helped review portfolios, interview candidates and develop talent at every level.

Two apprentices I mentored became permanent team members. I also introduced studio check-ins, training sessions and shared creative presentations.

03 / DESIGNING BETTER WORKFLOWS

Less friction.
More room for creativity.

I introduced Jira-based tracking for my team and later built more structured pipelines in Notion, with request forms, clearer statuses, onboarding steps and automated notifications.

My aim was simple: less ambiguity, better visibility and more time for meaningful creative thinking.

04 / PRODUCTION & RESOURCES

Balancing ambition,
capacity and reality.

Leading production meant balancing priorities, schedules and quality, while supporting estimates and coordinating internal teams and freelancers.

I learned that doing everything in-house wasn't always sustainable. The best approach balances capacity, quality and delivery.

05 / DRIVING CREATIVE CHANGE

Challenge the brief.
Improve the outcome.

I developed and pitched creative concepts directly to clients and advocated for involving creative teams earlier in projects.

I also championed new formats, from AI-assisted content development to RCA Factory's visual identity redesign in 2025.

A CREATIVE DIRECTOR WHO KNOWS HOW THINGS GET MADE

Hands-on by experience.
Strategic by ambition.

WHAT I BRING

Build the team.
Improve the process.
Elevate the work.

I've spent years designing, animating, presenting, recruiting, mentoring, organizing and solving production challenges. That practical experience shapes how I lead.
